Local government officials and community leaders will meet with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Clean Energy Communities team for a FREE workshop to:

  • Learn about Community Choice Aggregation. CCA allows participating local governments to procure energy supply service and distributed energy resources (DER) for eligible energy customers in the community. Eligible customers will have the opportunity to have more control to lower their overall energy costs, spur clean energy innovation and investment, improve customer choice and value, and protect the environment, thereby fulfilling an important public purpose.
  • Review the support that is available through the NYSERDA Clean Energy Communities Coordinators. Many communities are moving toward greater levels of sustainability with guidance and resources from the Clean Energy Communities Program.
  • Come learn how your community can benefit!
