Bruce Brownell

Dr. Suresh K. Bhate

Founded IUI in 1998 and has led the successful development of the IUI inverters since then. He has over 40 years of experience in R&D related to electrical machines such as motors, generators, magnetic devices and Power Electronics. Prior to forming IUI, he was the president of Electro Magnetic Technology Inc. where he developed a 50,000 RPM, 1000 HP permanent magnet motor and its drive electronics. He has been a consultant to many R&D organizations including Plug Power Inc., General Dynamics, TRW, Mechanical Technology Inc. He holds several patents and has published numerous articles. He was recognized by NASA for his creative development of a novel generator for space application. Dr. Bhate is a Division Head of Zeroenergy Solar.

Chuck Weber

He is a results-driven leader with a solid track record with over (20) years of experience in technical project management, new product & business development, operations management and supplier and contract management. Mr. Weber has over (8) years of experience working directly on energy technology development programs. He has led and directed numerous programs, up to $30M, aimed at developing and demonstrating cutting-edge new energy technology products. He is experienced in working with diverse stakeholder groups including US National Laboratories, Dept. of Energy (DOE), Dept. of Defense (DOD), Office of Naval Research (ONR), Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), as well as all levels of foreign and domestic industrial partners.

Louis Ismay

Mr. Louis F. Ismay is the co- founder of the One Energy Inc., Alternate Energy and Conservation Company for small businesses. He was also the manager of an indoor air quality service, and a radon testing service. He has extensive experience working with others to achieve the aims and purposes of organizations in both the public and private sectors. He has held multiple roles as the director of various organizations including a Museum, and Historical Society with a focus on the preservation of historic buildings and an Arts Center with a school of art and drama.

He has also participated actively in media for many years as an editor, of a weekly newspaper, and as a producer of and host of educational television programs. His education expanded to the University level, and he spent several years as a lecturer and coordinator of the environmental forum at SUNY Albany. Under his leadership his students created influential projects that continue to have an impact in our society today.

Today, he continues to work with Zeroenergy as a consultant on environmental and health issues and products.

Terry Way

Mr. Terry Way, AIA, is registered in New York State with National Certification (NCARB). His experience in New York includes a career with private architectural firms, 27 years with State Agencies, and 20 years as a proprietor.. He was extensively involved in preparing design and construction documents, as well as construction administration. Most of the projects he worked on were either institutional or residential. He has also been involved with commercial and industrial buildings. And has worked with Zeroenergy, Inc. as an architectural design consultant for various projects.
