Solar in the City: Episode III – We're in Hot Water

Thursday, October 22, 2009 • 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm

New York University • Stern School of Business

Solar Hot Water is the misunderstood cousin of solar PV, yet this simple technology has worked reliably for over a hundred years. The costs are minimal, and can be recouped in less time than solar PV due to superior efficiency. This panel will explore the opportunities for solar hot water and heating, provide insight on available technologies and costs, and discuss financing options.

The Solar Panel:

Doug Wilke, Architect-Engineer
Jeff Perlman CEM, LEED, President and founder, BrightPower
Robb Aldrich PE, Steven Winter Associates (to be confirmed)
And more …
