Energy Committee Legislative Days

We welcome you to join our NYSES group visit to legislative offices of energy committee members. Our main focus is community solar for all and the necessary utility grid load information for each community. We'll hand out copies of Green Energy Times. Education of legislators is not lobbying per se and we won't push a bill until we gather more information and, perhaps, form a coalition. Our successful bill guaranteeing solar rights to all Homeowners Associations passed last session and was signed into law the night before Gov. Andrew Cuomo resigned.

- 11:20 am learn where offices are in the legislative office building and how to get around the capital.
- 1:30 pm break and regroup
- 2:00 - 3:00 pm finish visiting offices
