Christian Roselund serves as Americas editor at pv magazine. He has been covering the global solar industry as a journalist for six years for pv magazine, Solar Server and SolarPVTV, and has written about renewable energy for The Guardian (UK), and IEEE Spectrum, and German Energy Transition.

Jigar Shah is the President and Co-Founder of Generate Capital. Jigar was the founder and CEO of SunEdison (NASDAQ: SUNE), where he pioneered “no money down solar” and unlocked a multi-billion-dollar solar market, creating the largest solar services company worldwide. After SunEdison, Jigar served as the founding CEO of the Carbon War Room, a global non-profit founded by Sir Richard Branson and Virgin Unite to help entrepreneurs address climate change. Jigar sees business model innovation as a leveraged tool for driving the next productivity revolution – resource efficiency. He is committed to helping entrepreneurs and large companies alike implement resource efficiency solutions using “no money down” project finance models. In 2013, Jigar authored Creating Climate Wealth: Unlocking the Impact Economy. He holds an MBA from The University of Maryland and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. He sits on the boards of sPower and the Rocky Mountain Institute.

Karl R. Rábago is the Executive Director of the Pace Energy and Climate Center, at the Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York. Under Karl’s leadership, Pace is actively involved in every aspect of the New York REV—Reforming the Energy Vision—proceeding. Karl is also co-director of the Northeast Solar Energy Market Coalition (NESEMC), a US Department of Energy SunShot Initiative project that works to harmonize solar market policy in the 9-state northeast region through a novel coalition of solar business associations. An attorney and US Army veteran, Karl has more than 25 years of experience in electricity and energy policy, regulation, and markets. He has served as a public utility commissioner, a deputy assistant secretary for the US Department of Energy, an R&D manager, advocate, and utility executive. Karl is an innovator in electric utility regulatory issues relating to clean energy services and technologies. He helped establish the Green-e® Certification program, and developed the nation’s first value-of-solar tariff at Austin Energy, where he served as vice president for distributed energy services. Karl chairs the Board of Directors of the Center for Resource Solutions and serves as a board member for the Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC).

Eckhart K. Gouras is the managing director of pv magazine group, which has become the leading trade media platform for the global solar PV industry. Launched in Berlin, Germany, in 2008, pv magazine includes the flagship global publication with monthly magazines and the website www.pv-magazine.com. Regional platforms like the U.S. website and daily newsletter (www.pv-magazine-usa.com) complement the global offering.

Eckhart is a graduate from Columbia University in New York (B.A. and J.D.) and has worked as a lawyer, business developer and Internet entrepreneur in the U.S., Asia and Europe. He joined pv magazine in 2010 as the publishing company's China representative in Shanghai and became managing director after the company was spun-off its parent company Solarpraxis AG in 2015.
