Solar Grid Storage develops battery energy storage systems co-located with PV systems that are separately owned and maintained by Solar Grid Storage.

Tom Leyden, CEO of Solar Grid Storage. Graduating Princeton University and starting his career in the 1990’s, Mr. Leyden is a veteran of the solar industry. He has worked for WorldWater, SunPower, Solar City and served as President of Mid-Atlantic SEIA, board member of national SEIA and PV Now, and as advisor to the Interstate Renewable Energy Council.

Lumi•Solair specializes in tailoring energy solutions to specific grid-free energy needs. From its modest beginning as a supplier of solar and wind powered street lighting, the company has evolved into one of the leading grid-free energy solution providers, focusing on telecommunications towers and traffic lights within the infrastructure market.

Dr. Gerry Gorman, Chief Operating Officer, has led several large public and private companies: President of General Electric's environmental engineering systems company, President of Magnatek, and CEO of Karp associates.

Dr. Abinand Rangesh, Chief Technical Officer, is a serial technology entrepreneur, a former doctoral researcher at the University of Cambridge and has made contributions to the fields of 3D printing, face detection and renewable energy.

Mr. Ryan Hollowell, Director of Business Development, is a former International Trade Specialist with the US Department of Commerce where he facilitated over $2 billion in energy transactions globally.

Greensulate was named “Top 5 Start-Up” at the Opportunity Green Conference and is the winner of the 2010 Excellence in Design award from The Center for Environmental Innovation in Roofing. From the New York City skyline to the rooftops and sidewalks of San Francisco and Los Angeles, Greensulate has installed tens of thousands of square feet of green walls and eco-roofs, saving building owners and taxpayers millions of dollars in energy costs, while improving the environment.

Amy Norquist, CEO/founder, Greensulate, is a certified Green Roof Professional (GRP) as designated by Green Roofs for Healthy Cities. In 2010, Amy was responsible for growing Greensulate’s business by 400% and is dedicated to greening as many roofs as possible nationwide.
