Terms
Submit half payment or full payment with this form or by October 1st, submit full payment by November 9th, 2017. Last date to be listed as a sponsor in printed program November 9th. All ad materials and/or logo must be submitted by November 9th or you may not be included in the program.

- “Megawatt” ($1,000)
- Exhibit booth, two (2) complimentary conference registrations, ¼ page ad in program, logo on all promotional materials and invitations, recognition at event
- “Gigawatt” ($2,000)
- Exhibit booth, five (5) complimentary conference registrations, ½ page ad in program, second largest logo on all promotional materials and invitations, recognition at event
- “Terra watt” ($5,000)
- Exhibit booth, ten (10) complimentary conference registrations, full page ad in program, largest logo on all materials and invitations, recognition at event

Exhibitors:
Standard, pipe and drape, table, two chairs. Add electricity for $10 (bring your own power strip). One conference ticket included.
Greater than $1 million per year in revenues: $1,200.
Less than $1 million per year in revenues: $650.
Program Sponsors:
Name listed in the program: $100.
1/4 page ad: $125.
1/2 page ad: $200.
Full-page ad: $300.

EPS art is best. PDF with all fonts outlined acceptable. All art should be in CMYK format. Spot colors will be automatically translated to 4-color CMYK process colors.
